Shipping / Delivery Policy

 Where to?

We ship to anywhere in the Republic of Ireland using our delivery partners "Fastway".

For EU orders, please email us your request including the products required, delivery information and we will arrange delivery pricing with select couriers prior to processing your order. International orders may also be subject to certain import taxes/levies that we have no control over. Please check with your local authorities regarding taxes/import fees.

How long?

Deliveries within Ireland take 1-3 business days to deliver once the order has been received and processed by Pepper Laine. Processing can take typically 1-2 business days.

Merchandise and Print to Order products are shipped from our printing partners in Europe, and take longer to deliver as they are being created just for your order. Lead times vary but on average take 6-9 days.

Due to Covid19, delays may occur out of our control. However, we are currently processing orders as normal.

Pricing

Standard delivery within the Island of Ireland is €4.50. You may opt for the option for us to offer the Courier driver a cup of coffee by selecting the €5.50 delivery option, we all know how hard they work.

Free National delivery is available on orders of €45 or over. Minimum of €45 must be the final checkout price after any discounts have been applied to qualify for free delivery.

For EU deliveries, please contact us about the order you want to make and we will get pricing information for your specific order to your address.

Packaging

We use post-consumer recycled packaging when it is available, and we are always on the hunt for better eco-friendly/recycled/compostable options.

We do not offer expedited delivery, it only adds to unnecessary carbon footprint. And besides, good things take time!
