Our returns policy, in line with the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission, allows 14 days from the date of you receiving your order. You must email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name, email address used for original order and the order number to initiate a return within that 14 day period. From that date of initiating a return, you must send the item to be returned to us within another 14 days to be eligible for refund. If 14 days have elapsed since you received your order and you have not contacted us, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
The cost of returning a product is on the purchaser, unless the product is faulty/defective.
Note: We will extend our in store & online returns policy in the event of our shop being closed in line with Government Guidelines. Proof of purchase will still be required upon return for refund or exchange in store.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, candles, flowers, books, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are of a personal nature, including sanitary products, soap pouches, body brushes/exfoliators/loofahs, toothbrushes or toothpaste, skincare, earrings or products of a similar nature. Items with a 'use by' date are also exempt from returns unless defective.

All items to be returned must be unused, in their original condition, including packaging along with any information leaflets/manuals, parts and accessories. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be eligible for refund. Any item returned after the return period will not be refundable.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. This can vary depending on your bank (typically 3-5 business days).
Exchanges (if applicable)
We can only exchange items if they are defective or damaged, subject to stock availability. If they are not available, we will issue a refund for the item. You may return your original item and proceed to place a new/separate order on our website, subject to stock of the desired item being available.
If you have received a damaged item, you must report it to us including images immediately within 12 hours of receipt to allow us to rectify the situation easily, whether it be the item was damaged in delivery to you or damaged before shipment. Failure to report damaged items within 12 hours may revoke your ability to receive a replacement/refund.
