Personal information we collect

Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, you actively provide us with certain information, including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information” which is required to make a purchase with us. We use "Stripe" payments processor to take payment when you complete a purchase, meaning we do not store or have access to your card / paypal account numbers / details (visit Stripe.com for more info).

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information (excluding card details).

When you input your email address into the "Sign Up to Our Newsletter" section, you are agreeing to us storing your email address and also sending you marketing information and other relevant materials to you. This may not always be relevant to you however we will endeavour to keep it as closely linked to our website's theme and products as we can. You can opt-out at any time. 


How do we use your personal information?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfil any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
- Communicate with you;
- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

Google Analytics: When someone visits our site, a third party service, Google Analytics, collects standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. This finds out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website. 



Google Remarketing: When someone visits our site, a third party service, Google Remarketing, collects information. Remarketing shows advertisements to people who've visited our website. When people leave our website without buying anything, for example, remarketing helps us reconnect with them by showing relevant advertisements across their different devices.



Facebook Remarketing: When someone visits our site, a third party service, Facebook Remarketing or 'Custom Audiences', can collect information. Remarketing shows advertisements to people who've visited our website. When people leave our website without buying anything, for example, remarketing can help us reconnect with them by showing relevant adveertisments to them on the Facebook Platform.
